Deputy Prime Minister for Climate Policy and Minister of Environment and Water Borislav Sandov, Minister of Education and Science Nikolay Denkov and Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova opened the “Hydrogen School for a Green Future”.

On April 28, 2022, MacGahan Vocational School of Transport in Sofia became one of the most discussed buildings in Bulgaria.
On April 28, 2022, the implemented hydrogen installation in VST “MacGahan” was officially opened.

The event was attended by many official guests, including:
The Mayor of Sofia Municipality, Ms. Yordanka Fandakova, together with the Minister of Environment and Water Borislav Sandov, the Minister of Education Nikolay Denkov. With this (because we have long since stopped counting) hydrogen installation, manufactured and implemented by Green Innovation Ltd., the Balkan Hydrogen Cluster (BHC) once again demonstrates all the real benefits of hydrogen as a fuel for the future. It should also be noted that at this event, BHC had another pleasant surprise from a foreign business delegation from the Republic of Turkey, representatives of leading manufacturers in the gypsum industry of our southern neighbor. Turkish engineers saw with their own eyes both the work of the hydrogen installation and the high assessment given by all official guests.

But perhaps the fact that the hydrogen installation in the capital’s school caused this accumulation and interest from local and national authorities is not accidental, because this installation will benefit the heating of children, and they (the children) and hydrogen are our future. Balkan Hydrogen Cluster expresses its great gratitude for the trust and overall attitude to hydrogen innovation to the entire management of VST “MacGahan”, and especially to the Director of the High School Eng. Zvezda Peeva, and Deputy Director Mr. Ivan Ivanov.
